    About the Yeast

    Produces bioactive compounds as part of beverage fermentation

    During fermentation, our proprietary yeast naturally shifts part of the sugar pathway from ethanol toward other healthy compounds.

    This helps to maintain body and mouthfeel that are often lost when ethanol is reduced whilst also keeping the beer fully clean-label.

    It is standard brewer’s yeast in terms of fermentation and has a neutral sensory profile, helping maintain the brewery’s authentic flavour.

    Rosalind had conducted testing with multiple breweries and currently has several commercial contracts with breweries and distilleries, providing early revenue and real-world validation.

    Classified as Vitamin B3 by EFSA
    NAD+ and nicotinamide are treated as niacin. EFSA niacin health claims apply.
